Finally, I got to see my 2nd STS9 show! Why can't they come to Iowa City ever!? oh yeah.. cuz we suck. This show was absolutely intense. Blew last night's Phish show away by far. The stage setup as you can see was beautiful. All these gigantic beautiful crystals laid out, rose pedals laid out, lit candles. I haven't seen anything like that. When the show began, people on the very top balcony started showering everyone on the main floor with rose pedals too. The band was all smiles, and as I've said before, I could watch Zack Velmer play the drums by himself hours on end. He was off the hook that night, I was right in front of him. I had a video of him playing but I forgot to save it damnit!!!! I tried to take a few pictures of him, but it's a blur watching him drum in person let alone taking a picture. The man is like a machine, it's mesmorizing.. anyways, this show owned.. and that's all I have to say about that.
